Return and Refund Policy

Please read and understand our return policy. 

If you encounter any issues with your purchased items or simply would like to exchange for a different size, please send us an email to heavydutycharrovaquera20@gmail.com and/or send us a text to (818)298-1540.  Please wait for a response back prior to sending anything back. 

Once you have received a message back from us, and you would like to send your items back please include a note with your order number, name and phone number. Also include a photo(s) if you encounter any damages or issues with your items. 

Items must be returned as you received them. Please be sure that all items have not been worn, washed and tags are still attached. 

NO REFUNDS will be issued NO EXCEPTIONS!

Heavy Duty Charro Vaquera offers only a different size of the same item. 

You have 14 days from the purchase price date to make us aware of any issues with your purchased items or if you need a size exchange. 

All Clearance items are FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS!
